Joaquín Ruiz takes us back to an evocative world, such as the case of the Mediterranean,  from which many of our popular traditions have derived.The aim of the show is to recover the Iberian culture by creating an atmosphere in which the music, the lights, the dance and the cante become one with the audience in an intimate act that takes us back to our origins. Flamenco, folklore and the magic of live music make it possible for this evocative universe to be created in which there is constant communication and exchange on the stage and outside it. This show was created after many years of musical and choreographic search and it evolves in a line that gives new energy  to both fields: dance, in which roots it goes deeply, and music, integrating traditional songs, original compositions from the musicians of the company and Joaquín Ruiz himself."Mar de Tierras" is a show that is based on native roots and it proposes a universal spirit and language. |
